This gives you an idea of the RG60 plant with a Knelson Concentrator. We will be quoting you fot plants with Conswurla Bowl Concentrators as a more affordable option. I will also send a picture of an RG60 plant working in field conditions.
Here we are using a scrubber to break up the soil and release the gold for recovery in a Knelson. The advantage is that the plant is extremely simple (scrubber, Knelson and water supply only), uses minimal power (about 2 kwh/tonne all up), and comes fully equipped to enable gold recovery to begin the same day. Formal foundations are not necessary, you just need to level and tamp a site and the whole plant can be easily translocated to follow the resource. It comes in two variants, RG60 @ 4-6tph, and RG150 @ 10-15 tph. This is picture includesa MD12 Knelson a Gemeni bullion upgrade table . Hand feeding is suitable for the RG60, possibly a very small Bobcat for the RG150
